Padded jacket in Oxford fabric with reflective bands. High collar and adjustable inner hood with drawstring. Yoke and concealed zipper closure for faux flap of snaps. One inner chest pocket with concealed zipper and another with pleats with snap button flaps. Two side pockets with snap button flaps. One chest pocket with Velcro closure on the inside. A compartmentalized pocket in the sleeve. Elastic cuffs on the inside of the sleeve. Elastic in the back.
